- Describe the problem and send a photo if something is broken. We would rather look at it properly and quote once than guess twice and revise it later.
- Will you explain what needs doing?
- In plain language, before anything starts. You should understand the work and agree to it, not read about it afterwards on an invoice.

- A dripping tap is as welcome as a bathroom. Small jobs are how most people meet us, and they get the same care as the large ones.
