Leak repairs
Searched at nine at night and converted within the hour.
Stone slate on the older terraces, concrete on the estates, and a student belt in LS6 where the landlord wants it patched and the owner two streets away wants it done once and properly. Same roof, two entirely different sales.

The awkward bits
Back-to-backs are half the housing and all the trouble
Shared gutters, no rear access and a scaffold that has to come off the street. Say that on the page, with a photograph of one, and a landlord in Harehills or Beeston knows you have been on that roof. It also warns off the customer who was expecting a ladder-job price.
Landlords only ever want a patch
So price patching as what it is and put the re-roof on a different page for a different reader. A homeowner in Roundhay or Adel reading a page about temporary repairs decides you are a patcher. Two pages, and the expensive customer stops meeting the cheap one's copy.
Flat roofs on extensions are half my week
And they are searched for as a different job by a different person — somebody with a leak over a kitchen they had built ten years ago. Give it its own page, name the material you use and say how long it lasts, and you stop competing with every slate roofer in the city.
I cover a lot more than Leeds
Then the site has to say so in the towns' own words. Only LS1 to LS20 and LS25 to LS27 carry Leeds as the post town. Otley, Wetherby, Tadcaster, Pudsey and Ilkley have their own, and a man in Wetherby reading a page headed Leeds decides it is not for him and rings somebody else.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
Searched at nine at night and converted within the hour.
How long the house is open to the sky.
Extensions, dormers and garages, and which material you use.
The detail work that separates you from a general builder.
Small, seasonal, and how the bigger jobs get noticed.
Paid work that puts you up there before anyone commits.
How many storeys, and is there scaffold access?
It decides whether the job is a ladder or a week of hire, and it belongs in the first message.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
The LS area runs from LS1 in the city centre out to LS29 at Ilkley, but only LS1–LS20 and LS25–LS27 carry LEEDS as their post town. LS21, LS22, LS23, LS24, LS28 and LS29 are addressed to Otley, Wetherby, Tadcaster, Pudsey and Ilkley instead — five towns that will not recognise themselves in a page headed “Leeds”.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Leeds and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for roofers who do.
