Extensions
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
A city that grew its own boundary in 2019, hillside sites on the north side where access is the whole cost, and estates in Douglas and Ballincollig full of the same extension waiting to be built.
Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

The awkward bits
Access on these sites kills half my quotes
So price it out loud on the page. Three sentences on what a hillside site with no side access does to a groundworks price, and the homeowner holding a cheaper quote from a man who never visited knows why. That paragraph loses you nothing and wins you the honest jobs.
Everyone here already has a builder
The people who grew up here do. The households who arrived into Douglas, Carrigaline and Ballincollig in the last few years have nobody to ask and search instead, and that share grows every year. Those enquiries go to whoever appears.
Does the boundary change matter for planning?
It matters for who a customer thinks you serve. Ballincollig, Blarney, Glanmire, Douglas and Tower moved into Cork City Council and their Eircodes did not follow. A page that says city only reads to them as though you mean somebody else.
Cork people want a Cork firm
They do, and that counts for more here than in most places — so the page has to prove it in the detail rather than claim it in a heading. Name the roads, the estates and the parishes you actually work, and let a Corkonian recognise them. Anybody can type the word Cork.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
A different buyer from an extension, so a different page.
Dates and sequence matter more than finished photographs.
The part nobody photographs and everybody worries about.
Where building control and a calculation enter the conversation.
The faster jobs that keep a team busy between the big ones.
Do you have drawings yet?
It sorts a customer who is ready to book from one who is eighteen months out, and both are worth having.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
The 2019 boundary extension moved Ballincollig, Blarney, Glanmire, Douglas, Rochestown, Togher and Tower into Cork City Council, but the Eircode keys did not move with them — Ballincollig is still P31, a County Cork key. Coverage described by Eircode and coverage described by council no longer agree.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Cork and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for builders who do.
