The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
An older core with a Viking Triangle you cannot touch without consent, estates that all went up together, and a suburb across the river that is administratively in another county.
Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

The awkward bits
There is not enough work here for a website to pay
There is less searching than in Dublin and there is almost nobody writing for it, which is the best ground on offer. One site can hold Waterford, Tramore and Dungarvan and keep holding them, instead of fighting for a corner of a crowded city term.
Heritage rules in the old city are a minefield
They are a minefield most firms walk away from. Say you work inside consent in the Viking Triangle and the older streets, name what usually needs it, and you become the only name a homeowner there can find who has clearly done it before.
Half my enquiries are people with no drawings
And half of those are worth having, eighteen months out, in a different pile. Ask on the form whether drawings exist and roughly when they want to start, and the ready ones stop queueing behind the dreamers instead of the other way round.
The same three firms get everything
They get everything that is asked for by name. What is left is everything asked for by job, and that is a growing share, because the people moving into Waterford have no name to ask for. A page named after the work beats a firm everybody's father used.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
A different buyer from an extension, so a different page.
Dates and sequence matter more than finished photographs.
The part nobody photographs and everybody worries about.
Where building control and a calculation enter the conversation.
The faster jobs that keep a team busy between the big ones.
Do you have drawings yet?
It sorts a customer who is ready to book from one who is eighteen months out, and both are worth having.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
Ferrybank, the city's only suburb north of the river, is in County Kilkenny — the CSO counts Waterford city and suburbs across both counties — so a Waterford firm's coverage crosses a county line about a mile from the quay.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Waterford and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for builders who do.

It is yours, in writing
Before you pay a penny we tell you who the domain is registered to, where the files sit, who holds the logins, and how to move the site elsewhere.
Your side of it is small
No copy to write and no hosting to work out. Answer questions for about an hour and a half and send twelve decent photos.
