Extensions
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
Terraces divided into flats over decades, a very large rented sector, and landlords who want more rooms out of the same footprint. That is a different conversation from a family extension, and it needs a different page.
Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

The awkward bits
Landlord conversions and family extensions keep arriving down the same phone
Because they arrive at the same page. Split them. A landlord wants rooms, a timescale and what needs permission; a family wants to know how long the kitchen is out of use. Two pages, and each reader stops reading the other one's answers.
Nobody asks for a builder by name any more
They search the job. Rear extension, loft conversion, knock through, garage conversion. Four pages named after four jobs beat one page named after your firm, because nobody is typing your firm's name until after they have found you.
Where does Leicester stop?
Sooner than the postcode. LE1 to LE7 and LE19 are the city; LE2 already reaches Oadby, LE3 Glenfield, LE4 Birstall, LE7 as far as Syston — Leicestershire rather than the city council. Naming those towns catches work the city page never sees.
Everything here is twenty minutes away, why say where I cover?
Because the customer does not know that. Somebody in Syston, Narborough or Rothley assumes a Leicester firm will not come out, and rings the man in their own village instead. Naming the towns is not about your driving, it is about their assumption.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
A different buyer from an extension, so a different page.
Dates and sequence matter more than finished photographs.
The part nobody photographs and everybody worries about.
Where building control and a calculation enter the conversation.
The faster jobs that keep a team busy between the big ones.
Do you have drawings yet?
It sorts a customer who is ready to book from one who is eighteen months out, and both are worth having.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
The Leicester districts already reach outside the city: LE2 takes in Oadby and Glen Parva, LE3 Glenfield and Leicester Forest East, LE4 Birstall and Thurmaston, and LE7 stretches as far as Syston, Rothley and Tilton on the Hill — Leicestershire, not Leicester City Council.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Leicester and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for builders who do.
