Extensions
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
Stone extensions that have to match stone, a conservation area at Saltaire where they really do have to match, and a market that will compare you on price alone unless you give it something else to compare.
Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

The awkward bits
It always comes down to the cheapest number
When the three quotes look identical, it does. Put up your own photographs of a job half built, describe what happens when the ground opens up, and say what you will not take on. That is three things the other two quotes do not have and none of them is a discount.
Matching stone is a headache
It is a headache half your competitors will not take on, which makes it a page rather than a problem. Say what you do about matching, where you source it and what you tell a customer who wants render instead, and the conservation enquiries stop going elsewhere.
How many councils am I actually working under?
At least three. BD2, BD3, BD4 and BD10 cross into Leeds and BD4, BD11, BD12 and BD19 into Kirklees, so quoting across your own postcode area means quoting across three building control departments. Saying that is the fastest way to sound like you have run a job.
The city centre is dead, my work is in the villages
Which is where the searching is least contested. Wilsden, Queensbury, Thornton, Clayton and Allerton get typed by name by people who assume nobody covers them. Five short pages, and you hold a ring that no Bradford-wide page ever reaches.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.
A different buyer from an extension, so a different page.
Dates and sequence matter more than finished photographs.
The part nobody photographs and everybody worries about.
Where building control and a calculation enter the conversation.
The faster jobs that keep a team busy between the big ones.
Do you have drawings yet?
It sorts a customer who is ready to book from one who is eighteen months out, and both are worth having.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
BD2, BD3, BD4 and BD10 cross into Leeds and BD4, BD11, BD12 and BD19 into Kirklees, so a Bradford firm quoting across its own postcode area is quoting across at least three councils.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Bradford and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for builders who do.
