Builder website design in Dublin

Four planning authorities inside one word, an assigned certifier on anything of size, and estates from the thirties to the seventies where the same rear extension has been done ten thousand times and still worries every owner.

Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

Places your site can be built to cover, never a list of builder jobs anyone has done in them.

The awkward bits

The things you say before you say yes

Everyone wants a price before I have seen the drawings

So publish the sequence instead of a number. Survey, drawings, the certifier, foundations, the weeks the house is a building site, handover. A homeowner who can see the order stops asking for a figure on the phone, because they can finally tell two quotes apart.

The certification side puts customers off

Not knowing about it puts them off. Explain in four sentences who is appointed, when, what it means for the money and what happens at completion, and you have removed the reason people stall for a year. Nobody else's page in this city does that.

How far past the Dublin numbers should I claim?

As far as you drive, and say the keys. D01 to D24 stop short of the county — Swords is K67, Lucan K78, Blackrock and Monkstown A94, Malahide K36. A page built on the Dublin numbers alone tells half the county you are not interested.

Dublin is four councils, which one do I say?

Say all four, once, and then never again. Dublin City, Fingal, South Dublin and Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown stopped being one authority in 1994, and a homeowner does not know which one they are standing in. Naming them tells them you have dealt with all four planning offices without claiming a single job.

What you get

The pages your site needs

A page per job, never a page per suburb.

Extensions

The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.

Loft conversions

A different buyer from an extension, so a different page.

Renovations

Dates and sequence matter more than finished photographs.

Groundwork and foundations

The part nobody photographs and everybody worries about.

Structural alterations

Where building control and a calculation enter the conversation.

Garden rooms and garages

The faster jobs that keep a team busy between the big ones.

What each of these pages has to do

The one question your form must ask

Do you have drawings yet?

It sorts a customer who is ready to book from one who is eighteen months out, and both are worth having.

One thing about Dublin worth checking

Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.

Dublin runs two address systems at once: the postal district numbers people say out loud — Dublin 4, Dublin 15, Dublin 6W — and the Eircode routing keys An Post routes on, D04, D15 and D6W. A form that asks only for “Dublin” collects neither.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Dublin and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for builders who do.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked most

How much does a website cost for a builder?
Ours come in under the price of a coffee a day and you get the number on the first call. Across the market a template is a few hundred pounds and a written site is several thousand. Whoever you use, ask for the five year total including hosting and changes.
Why is my building company not showing on Google Maps?
Almost always no Google Business Profile, one that was never verified by post or video, a business name and address that does not match your site, or no reviews at all. Fix them in that order. All four are free and all four beat a redesign.

Next step

Tell us your trade and the towns you cover

A straight yes, no, or not yet, within one working day.

Nothing to sign

No twelve month tie in, no exit fee and no notice period. Stop whenever you like and the site stays yours.

It is yours, in writing

Before you pay a penny we tell you who the domain is registered to, where the files sit, who holds the logins, and how to move the site elsewhere.

Your side of it is small

No copy to write and no hosting to work out. Answer questions for about an hour and a half and send twelve decent photos.
